Alberni Power & Marine - RPM Group in Port Alberni has been recognized for an exceptional seventh consecutive year (2018-2024) as the Mercury CSI Award Winner. This acknowledgement solidifies its position as the most trusted Mercury dealership in British Columbia.

In addition to this milestone, RPM Group’s Rods Power & Marine, based in Tofino, has achieved the Mercury CSI Award for the third year (2022-2024). This accomplishment highlights the dedication of RPM Group’s team to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mercury Marine’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Program is one of the most prestigious recognitions in the marine industry. This program evaluates customer satisfaction with service experiences related to Mercury outboard, MerCruiser sterndrive, and inboard engines from a dealership. Dealers must consistently achieve a CSI score of higher than 94 out of possible 100 over 12 consecutive months to qualify for the award.

The Mercury CSI score is based on customer feedback through surveys sent by the Mercury Marine team after warranty service is completed. These surveys measure customers’ overall satisfaction with a dealership’s service and assess the likelihood of their returning for future services.
