All our expertise with boats and boat motors has been generated over the past 30 years from intensive servicing of our customers. Many of them are high-hour watercraft users.
For some of our customers, their boat is their car. For others they are engaged in various commercial activities. But regardless, day by day, on the extreme and open waters offshore from Tofino,
they need their boat to be ready to go at all times. At Rods Power & Marine we have met that need by offering unparalleled service and expert advice.
When Stephan & Rose Zilliken founded and developed this company over 30 years ago, they believed that customer service was paramount. They were also convinced that attention to detail in every aspect was essential to deliver the best outcomes for their customers and success for their business.
All our know-how about boats and engines that we have generated over the past decades comes from our intensive servicing, day by day, of high hour watercraft users such as Water Taxis, Whale Watch Tour Operators and Fishing Charters on the extreme open waters of Tofino.
This was also the reason why Mercury Marine and RPM intensified their collaboration. RPM was able to provide Mercury with so much detailed feedback from their heavy usage customers.
This feedback was crucial to Mercury for the development and improvement of their outboards. Tofino and Clayquot Sound boat motor users are consuming the most hours on the whole west coast.
